- 8 yam potatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. thin cream
- 3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Cook yams, cool and peel.

2Layer yams in a baking dish.

3Mix brown sugar and flour together and place on top of the yams.

4Next, add oleo, cream, marshmallows and nuts on top.

5Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
