- 2/3 cup butter, or ghee
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions

1Peel and slice the eggplant like you would for french fries

2Heat butter, or ghee.

3Add eggplant and spices

4Fry till eggplant is done and caramelized.

5Set to paper towel to absorb excessive oils.

6Fry in batches repeat till done.
