Caramelized peaches delight

Ingredients

  • 1 Peach fruit
  • 1 vanilla ice cream
  • 2 piece Lotus caramel busicut
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Mastika powder / greek ingredient
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions

    Melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar and mastika and carameliz at medium heat until brown.
  2. 2
    Cut your peach in half and place it on the caramel and grill it for approximately 10min or as much as you want it to be caramelized.
  3. 3
    Remove the peach and let it cool down so the ice cream won't melt, add crumbled biscuits and enjoy :)
