Caramelized Potato Spring Rolls

- 5 Spring roll skins
- 1 Potato
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil (for frying)
- 1 tbsp Sugar (for the caramel)
- 1 tbsp Water
Directions

1Cut the potatoes into 2 cm pieces, lightly wrap, and microwave at 700 W for 3 minutes.

2When they become soft, mash with a fork.

3(If they are still hard, microwave in 30 minute intervals until softened).

4Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and some salt.

5Mix well.

6Place Step 3 on the cut-in-half spring roll skins.

7Roll it over once.

8Fold in both sides toward the center.

9Then roll it roll it up.

10Lastly, use water to adhere the seam.

11Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the wraps.
