- 2 c light corn syrup
- 1/2 c real butter
- 2 c coffee cream
- few grains salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions

1Cook sugar and syrup until very thick (230°).

2Add butter. Stir.

3Add cream gradually so mixture doesn't stop boiling.

4Cook until firm ball (242°), stirring constantly.

5Add salt and vanilla. Mix well.

6Pour into well greased sheet pan.

7When cool, cut into small squares and wrap in wax paper.
