- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. light Karo
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except vanilla.

2Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until candy reaches soft ball stage or 245° on a candy thermometer.

3Stir in vanilla.

4Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Let cool, then cut and wrap in waxed paper.
