Ingredients
- 1/3 onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 lb. linguini
- 2 eggs
- parsley
- grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onions in butter.

2Cut up bacon and saute in separate small pan. Cook linguini al dente.

3Have all cooking at the same time.

4Mix parsley and grated cheese with the 2 eggs in a bowl and let stand.

5When linguini is cooked, drain but don't wash.

6Into the hot pot place the parsley, grated cheese and eggs.

7Place the linguini on top and mix, this will cook the eggs.

8Pour the sauteed onion and butter on top and the sauteed bacon with the grease on top of the linguini and mix well.

9Serve immediately since it is not as tasty cold.
