- 1 each egg whites
- 1 teaspoon water cold
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Beat egg white and water until frothy - not stiff.

2Add peanuts, stir until they are well coated.

3Combine sugar and salt then pour this over the nuts and eggwhite mixture.

4Bake at 225 on a greased, tinfoil lined cookie sheet.

5Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
