  • 1 pound peanuts
  • 1 each egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon water cold
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Beat egg white and water until frothy - not stiff.

    Add peanuts, stir until they are well coated.

    Combine sugar and salt then pour this over the nuts and eggwhite mixture.

    Bake at 225 on a greased, tinfoil lined cookie sheet.

    Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
