- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

1Slice steak thinly.

2Cook steak, onions and pepper in butter in frying pan.

3After steak is cooked thoroughly add sour cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4Add cheese; stir in and cook until cheese is melted.

5Add picante sauce if desired.
