Ingredients
- 1 chorizo sausage
- 1/2 roasted potato
- 1/2 orange pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/2 can sweetcorn
- 1 cup risotto rice
- 1/2 cup lardons
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 can tomatoes
Directions

1Bring oven to temperature and roast the potato for 25 minutes

2Slice chorizo into 1 cm thick pieces and fry in a large pan in olive oil

3Add in lardons when mostly done, and then garlic

4Add in the peppers and fry until softened.

5Then the green beans and sweetcorn

6Slice potato into cubes and add this, too.

7Fry until coated in oil

8Add a can of chopped tomatoes, then fill half of it with water and add this too
-
9Add the rice.

10Stir in well, then cover the pan and let it sit for 20 minutes, or until the rice has absorbed all the water.
