  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz (with jalapeno pepper or without, depending on preference)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • corn chip crumbs

Directions

    Put potatoes in 11 x 17-inch casserole.

    Saute onions in butter and pour over potatoes.

    Mix Cheez Whiz, soup, milk and sour cream; pour over potatoes.

    Top with corn chips.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
