  • 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs (Ritz type)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb. carp, ground
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and form into patties.

    Use 2 cups buttermilk and 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour.

    Mix together to make a batter.
