  • 1/2 filet Lean tuna (Maguro, sashimi grade)
  • 1/2 Onion (sliced)
  • 1/4 Onions (finely chopped)
  • 3 leaves Shiso leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice (or vinegar)
  • 1 tsp Mirin
  • 1 Salt and pepper

    Soak the onions in water for a bit.

    Thoroughly drain and arrange on a dish.

    Cut the tuna into easy-to-eat pieces and arrange on the onions.

    Mix together the ingredients to make the dressing and pour on top of the tuna.
