  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. corn oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 2 jars junior carrots
