- 1 cup sliced, cooked carrots
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 2 ice cubes
Directions

1Peel and core the apple and cut it into large chunks.
