  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. black walnut flavoring
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. black walnuts, chopped

Directions

    Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Beat well. Add flour, cinnamon, flavoring, carrots and nuts.

    Bake at 350° until done in tube pan, about 50 to 60 minutes.
