  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon.
