- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Stir together dry ingredients (not sugar). Add sugar and oil and mix well. Stir in carrots, drained pineapple and nuts. Turn into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans or 1 (9 x 13) pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool.
