- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Cream together oil and sugar.

2Add eggs (one at a time).

3Sift together and add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.

4Last, add carrots.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
