- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Mix sugar and Wesson oil.

2Beat eggs and add.

3Sift dry ingredients together.

4Add slowly to egg mixture alternately with carrots and nuts.

5Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
