  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Directions

    Mix sugar and Wesson oil.

    Beat eggs and add.

    Sift dry ingredients together.

    Add slowly to egg mixture alternately with carrots and nuts.
