- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. grated raw carrots
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream the sugar and oil. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add. Beat until mixed well. Add carrots, pecans and flavoring. Grease and flour 4 pans. Divide batter evenly into pans.

2Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
