  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. grated carrots (fine)
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Add oil and eggs.

    Beat until smooth.

    Stir in grated carrots and chopped nuts.

    Pour into 3 greased and floured pans.
