- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 to 3 c. grated carrots
- 20 oz. can crushed, drained pineapple
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine sugar, eggs, oil and sifted dry ingredients.

2Combine with sugar, eggs and oil.

3Add carrots, pineapple and pecans. Bake at 350° approximately 50 minutes in greased and floured tube pan.
