  • 3 c. raw grated carrots
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 c. flour

    Mix in separate bowls the dry ingredients, then moist ingredients. Gradually add the dry to moist, mixing very well after each addition. Pour batter into two 9-inch round floured and grated pans. Bake at 325° for about 45 to 50 minutes.
