- 3 c. raw grated carrots
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. nuts
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix in separate bowls the dry ingredients, then moist ingredients. Gradually add the dry to moist, mixing very well after each addition. Pour batter into two 9-inch round floured and grated pans. Bake at 325° for about 45 to 50 minutes.
