- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Grease and flour tube pan.

2Mix together oil, eggs and sugar. Sift together all dry ingredients.

3Add to egg mixture, then add nuts and carrots.

4Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.

5Use Carrot Cake Frosting (found elsewhere).
