- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 3 c. shredded carrots (8 or 9)
Directions

1Beat sugar, oil and eggs until fluffy.

2Add flour, cinnamon, soda, salt, nuts and carrots to sugar mixture.

3Mix and beat all of the ingredients well.

4Bake at 375` for 35 to 45 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Will also make a large 9-inch 2 layer cake. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
