- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- some raisins and/or nuts (optional)
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except carrots, in a bowl until well blended.

2Stir carrots in last.

3Pour into a Bundt pan that is greased and floured.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until tested done.
