- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

2Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.

3Add carrots, oil and eggs.

4Mix together until moistened.

5Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

6Pour into pan and bake in a 325° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

7Cool on wire rack.
