  • 2 c. flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 3 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Line pans with wax paper; otherwise, it sticks badly.
