  • 3 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 3 c. Grated Carrots
  • 1 c. Nuts
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 4 Whole Eggs
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Raisins

    Cream the eggs and sugar.

    Add the oil, carrots, raisins and nuts.

    Sift together the dry ingredients and combine everything. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
