  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 2/3 c. flour
  • 2 c. grated raw carrots
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 2/3 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 2/3 tsp. soda
  • 2/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 2/3 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except carrots and nuts until well blended.

    Add carrots and mix well.

    Remove from mixer.

    Add nuts. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
