  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 3 c. finely grated raw carrots (carrots can be grated in blender)

Directions

    Sift together dry ingredients and add oil, eggs and carrots. Mix well.

    Bake in three 8-inch pans at 350° for about 25 minutes.
