- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. oil
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Mix first five ingredients together.

2Blend in eggs, oil and carrots.

3Put batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch pans.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
