- 3 c. grated coarse carrots
- 2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.

2Add oil and blend well. Add eggs and carrots and beat.

3Bake in 3 layers or 1 tube pan at 350° for 30 minutes (55 minutes for tube pan).
