  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. grated coarse carrots
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.

    Add oil and blend well. Add eggs and carrots and beat.

    Bake in 3 layers or 1 tube pan at 350° for 30 minutes (55 minutes for tube pan).
