- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 3 small jars (4 1/2 oz.) baby food strained carrots
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix eggs, sugar, oil and carrots.

2In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

3Add flour mixture to other.

4Mix until blended.

5Stir in vanilla.

6Pour into a 9 x 13-inch (greased) pan.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
