  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 14 cups water
  • 34 cup golden raisin
  • 12 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Combine all ingredients given, in order, in large bowl.

    Pour batter into two 9-inch layer pans or one 9x13 inch pan.

    Bake until center tests done, approximately 25 minutes for layers and 30 to 35 minutes for 9x13 inch.
