- 34 cup vegetable oil
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 12 cups carrots, grated
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celcius.

2Butter a 10″ tube or bundt pan.

3Blend oil and sugar.

4Add eggs, beating well after each addition.

5Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.

6Add to the egg mixture.

7Stir completely.

8Fold in carrots.

9Pour batter into the pan and bake about 50 minutes, or until a wooden skewer comes out clean when inserted into the cake.

10Cool, then remove from pan by inverting onto a plate.
