  • 100 grams Soft light brown sugar
  • 150 grams Cake flour
  • 30 grams Almond flour
  • 5 grams Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

    Line the pan with baking paper.

    Grate the carrots.

    In a bowl, combine the eggs, brown sugar, and oil.

    The batter will have a sticky consistency once the sugar melts.

    Add the carrot and mix together.

    Sift the ingredients into the batter and whisk.

    Pour the batter into the pan and bake in an oven preheated at 170C for 45~50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
