- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.

2In large mixing bowl add Wesson oil and eggs.

3Beat, then add sugar gradually and beat until well mixed.

4Add dry ingredients and carrots, mix well.

5Bake in 2 (9-inch) layer pans which have been oiled and floured.

6Bake at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes.
