- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

1Blend eggs, salad oil and carrots.

2Add remaining ingredients and beat well.

3Put in 3 cake tins (8-inch).

4Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.

5Cool in pans 10 minutes.
