  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

    Blend eggs, salad oil and carrots.

    Add remaining ingredients and beat well.

    Put in 3 cake tins (8-inch).

    Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
