- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon, then add eggs, oil, carrots and nuts.

2Mix all together well.

3Pour into angel food cake pan.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
