  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 c. shredded carrots

    Mix oil, sugar and eggs.

    Sift flour and dry ingredients together, then add to oil mixture.

    Bake 1 hour at 350° in 2 pans, size 9-inch or 1 tube pan.
