  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and blend. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

    Add carrots and nuts last.

    Pour into a large greased 9 x 13 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
