- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and blend. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

2Add carrots and nuts last.

3Pour into a large greased 9 x 13 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
