- 3 c. raw grated carrots
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

3Add oil, sugar and eggs; mix well.

4Fold in carrots and raisins.

5Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.

6Allow to cool before frosting.
