- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Mix together the first 5 ingredients.

2Add the sugar, oil and eggs; mix well.

3Stir in the carrots, pineapple and walnuts.

4Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
