  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3 jars junior baby food (carrots)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside.

    Then use sifter to mix next 5 ingredients.

    Combine the two and add nuts.

    Use Bundt cake pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour (may take longer; some ovens vary).

    When cooled, cover with following icing.
