- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3 jars junior baby food (carrots)
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside.

2Then use sifter to mix next 5 ingredients.

3Combine the two and add nuts.

4Use Bundt cake pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour (may take longer; some ovens vary).

5When cooled, cover with following icing.
