- 2 c. white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3 c. carrots, shredded
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1Put nuts and self-rising flour in a bowl by themselves. Combine all ingredients.

2Heat oven to 350°.

3Place cake in oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes.

4Take fork and test in middle of cake. If it doesn't stick, take out cake.
