  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 jars Jr. carrots (yes, baby food)
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix together; bake at 325° for 1 hour or until tested done. Bake in a greased floured pan (oblong, Bundt or 2 layers).
