  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 jars junior carrots
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained partially
  • 4 eggs

    Mix well and blend all ingredients except pineapple and eggs. Add the pineapple and eggs, two at a time, beating well. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, then test.
