- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 jars baby strained carrots
Directions

1Cream eggs, sugar and oil together.

2Sift flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon together, then add to creamed sugar, eggs and oil.

3Alternate with the small (3) jars of baby carrots.

4Bake in large greased and floured cake pan (15 x 12-inch).

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.

6When cold, put icing on cake.
